Summary

As an Assistant Production Coordinator, you’ll support production and related planning activities. Reporting to the Production Team Leader you will provide support for all assembly and fabrication work through efficient and accurate document preparation distribution and record keeping.

Your impact: Accurate coordination helps coworkers align production needs with supply availability, supporting reliable service for customers.

Responsibilities

- Assist with coordinating production activities and schedules.
- Support material requirements planning and monitor supply needs.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory information in ERP systems.
- Coordinate with colleagues on supply chain and production requirements.
- Help identify planning or workflow issues and share them with the appropriate team.
- Qualifications




- Previous experience in metal manufacturing, assembly, and production coordination.
- Familiarity with MRP and ERP systems.
- Understanding of supply chain processes and material planning.
- Experience with MS Excel, MS Outlook.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Spire systems software.
