Overview

As a Customer Service Gas Bar team member, you’ll assist customers with purchases, operate the point-of-sale system, and help keep the sales area organized. You’ll provide friendly, efficient service while supporting a smooth customer experience.

Duties

- Welcome customers, answer questions, and communicate clearly in English; use additional languages to assist multilingual customers when possible.
- Process purchases using POS, cashiering, and cash-handling procedures, applying basic math accurately.
- Recommend relevant products, support retail sales and upselling, and demonstrate products when appropriate.
- Maintain merchandising and an orderly sales area, manage tasks effectively, and use professional phone etiquette.

Qualifications

Required: Clear communication, customer service, basic math, time management, organization, and accuracy with POS transactions and cash handling are practical capabilities for this role. Preferred: Retail sales, cashiering, sales, merchandising, upselling, product demonstrations, technology or technical sales experience, and bilingual or multilingual communication can help you serve a wider range of customers.

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 44.0 per week
