Summerhill Market is looking for a reliable and hardworkingBakery Production Worker to join our Bakery Production team. This is a hands-on role supporting the daily preparation, production, packaging, and organization of our bakery products.The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced food production environment, takes pride in quality and consistency, and works well as part of a team.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the daily preparation and production of bakery productsPortion, assemble, package, label, and prepare products for distribution to our store locationsFollow recipes, production sheets, portioning guidelines, and quality standardsPrepare ingredients and complete basic food-preparation tasks as requiredOperate bakery and production equipment safely and according to trainingMaintain clean and organized workstations throughout the shiftFollow food safety, sanitation, allergen, and workplace health and safety proceduresProperly store, rotate, date, and label ingredients and finished productsAssist with receiving, organizing, and storing ingredients and suppliesMonitor product quality and report any concerns to the Bakery leadership teamComplete production requirements accurately and efficientlySupport cleaning and sanitation of equipment, tools, work surfaces,
