This role encourages solid sales and customer service performance while maintaining corporate, safety, food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards. Responsibilities include moving supplies, handling products, and completing assigned business duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Encourage high sales and customer service performance
- Monitor compliance with corporate and safety standards
- Transfer supplies and equipment between work areas




- Order products and support physical inventory counts
- Coordinate breaks for hourly associates

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent GED
- Minimum six months supervisory or lead experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfort speaking, reading, and understanding instructions
- Ability to frequently immerse hands in water
