Fraser Health Authority is seeking a Leader, Workforce Optimization Staffing Services to guide staffing operations, lead coordinators and program clerks, and support staffing across FH sites in British Columbia, Canada.

You will recruit and retain staff in collaboration with the staffing education team, lead clinical operations to foster a team-oriented practice environment, and support program clerk teams at multiple North hospital and community sites.
