Program Director – Greater Toronto AreaParsons is actively seeking aProgram Directorwith experience leading Roadways/Highways design-build projects for the Ministry of Transportation in the Greater Toronto Area.ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a seasoned Regional Highway Lead to grow our business in the GTA. A candidate with hands‑on project management experience for at least three to five large Ministry of Transportation (MTO) detailed design highway widening and/or interchange modification projects can shape this position and the group to a model they know is successful. In this role, you will oversee and manage the overall civil design team on both conventional and design/build projects for MTO highway programs and play a key role in growing our business with the MTO. We are currently working for the MTO on highway improvement projects and want to take advantage of the relationship to move into more highway design projects with the agency. Supported by a strong design team, the Regional Highway Lead will be managing design projects upon award.Required Skills and QualificationsUniversity degree in Engineering (or related field)P.Eng.
