Support hotel guests from arrival through departure as a Bellperson and Valet Driver in Ottawa. Handle luggage, vehicles, keys, and special requests.

Reporting to the Guest Service Manager, you will provide approachable, pleasant, courteous, and empathetic service. Daily work includes opening doors, carrying luggage, retrieving vehicles, identifying stored bags, and managing valet parking keys. You will also deliver mail, packages, and requested items.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and assist with special requests
- Bring luggage to rooms and retrieve it when requested
- Identify stored bags accurately
- Manage valet parking car keys
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

- Excellent customer service and fast response
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask
- Comfort managing varied workloads in a team setting
- Ability to lift and carry 30-50 pounds
