FirstService Residential seeks a self-motivated, outgoing, detail-oriented Security Concierge for contracted properties. You will provide resident information and services while protecting clients, residents, and property. The work includes patrols, emergency responses, confidential information, and front desk documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer resident questions and provide directions or instructions
- Schedule authorized vendor access to residential units
- Conduct property patrols and respond to alarms
- Maintain occurrence logs, incident reports, and front desk software
- Enforce property rules and support police or medical staff

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security License
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Robust phone and in-person communication skills
