This Intern, Intellectual Property and Contract Compliance supports software development and internal IP tracking across multiple shipbuilding programs. The assignment is designed for third- or fourth-year students studying Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Pre-Law. You will help maintain accurate data, troubleshoot tools, document technical changes, and support users while collaborating with engineering, legal, compliance, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on ongoing IP App development
- Troubleshoot tools and respond to IP support requests
- Help document technical changes and process workflows




- Maintain accurate files for audits and compliance
- Prepare training materials and schedule sessions

Requirements:

- Relevant third- or fourth-year academic enrollment
- Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar platform experience
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems
- Canadian Government Personal Security Clearance eligibility

Develop practical software, troubleshooting, and compliance experience while supporting Seaspan Shipyards’ intellectual property management tools on-site.
