As Encore’s Event Audio Visual Operations Manager, you will direct technicians and operational support staff throughout daily event workflows. The work includes equipment readiness, inventory control, billing approval, cost-efficiency recommendations, and onsite service. You will also mentor staff, support training, and address performance management while maintaining Encore standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
• Four-plus years audio visual and customer service experience
• Two-plus years supervisory experience or Encore ADOP completion
