Coordinate design-build pursuits in Vancouver, BC, using project coordination and contract review skills with Ledcor’s Building Construction team. Support complex projects from pursuit through execution.

As a Design-Build Coordinator, you will support design coordination, project management, and design management across active projects and pursuits. Your work includes RFQs, RFPs, consultant coordination, contract administration, proposal documentation, and risk tracking. This office-based position may require travel to project sites or other offices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in RFQs, RFPs, pursuits, and project execution
- Support reviews of Prime Contracts and design agreements
- Coordinate design meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Track schedules, deliverables, opportunities, and project risks




- Support bid analysis, negotiations, and consultant contract awards

Requirements:

- Three to six years in design or project coordination
- Post-secondary education in construction, architecture, engineering, or design
- Previous construction industry experience; general contracting experience is an asset
- Working knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and budgets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; building code knowledge is an asset
