Support store leadership at Herschel Supply's Banff location with reliable operations, coaching, and customer-focused retail execution. This full time position requires local residence.

As Key Holder, you will help the store run smoothly while management is away and keep the team connected to Herschel initiatives. Your work spans opening and closing, customer service, inventory, merchandising, POS and mobile systems, launches, and events. You will report to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Keep daily store operations running properly and on time
- Support launches, brand initiatives, and store events
- Give Sales Associates feedback and encouragement
- Maintain stock from receiving through floor preparation




- Maintain accurate transactions across POS and mobile systems

Requirements:

- Results-driven mindset with openness to feedback
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates
- Reliable organization across multiple priorities
- Confidence making decisions during management absences
- Availability for at least one full weekend day
