Lead prospectus delivery at PwC as a Capital Markets Transactions Senior Associate, applying technical accounting and financial reporting expertise to complex financing transactions.

Within PwC’s Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services team, you will support acquisitions, divestitures, accounting change, restructuring, capital transactions, and digital transformation projects. The Prospectus Centre of Excellence focuses on prospectus-related services and operational transformation. You will work with audit teams, clients, global delivery teams, legal counsel, underwriters, bankers, and other advisers. The position involves complex financial reporting issues and significant interaction with senior company management. You will progressively develop review and coaching responsibilities while contributing to consistent, high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, coordinate, and review prospectuses and offering deliverables




- Manage comfort letters, due diligence correspondence, and consent letters
- Coordinate with audit teams, clients, and global delivery teams
- Liaise with counsel, underwriters, and client contacts
- Contribute to standardized processes, training, and digital solutions

Requirements:

- Experience in public accounting, advisory, reporting, or deals
- Canadian CPA or equivalent recognized or reciprocal designation
- Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and ASPE considered an asset
- Transparent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven workstreams effectively
