Lead complex commercial claims for Sovereign Insurance in a hybrid mode, using expert examination, negotiation, and bilingual English-French communication. As a Senior National Claims Specialist, you will examine diverse commercial claims and monitor matters in legal proceedings. The position requires extensive knowledge of insurance coverage, investigation methods, negotiation tactics, and claims procedures. You will also support, train, and mentor team members while maintaining effective relationships with underwriting teams, broker partners, vendors, and solicitors. Key Responsibilities:

Examine commercial property, casualty, cargo, auto, and specialty claims Investigate assigned claims within established authority Direct adjusters, vendors,



and solicitors through claims proceedings Negotiate and settle claims while following litigation protocols Coach team members and provide timely developmental feedback Requirements:
