The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Senior Associate to join our client service team in Vancouver. This is a key, client-facing role for someone who combines technical insurance expertise with strong relationship management and leadership capability. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, lead the delivery of their insurance programs, and work closely with Directors, Account Executives and internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both hands-on and influential — owning client outcomes while helping drive team performance.What You’ll DoAct as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of commercial clientsProvide clear, proactive advice on insurance coverage, risk, and program structureBuild trusted relationships through consistent, high-quality communicationLead client meetings, including renewals and program reviewsDevelop and execute renewal strategies in partnership with Account ExecutivesManage the full marketing and placement process with insurersAnalyze coverage options and present clear,
