The Service Technician handles customer service, sales, merchandise processing, and operational functions within the Pro Shop. This position requires quality club repairs, appropriate shaft and grip presentation, and familiarity with customer service policies. You will listen to customer concerns, resolve issues, and help protect company assets while maintaining secure practices. Golf Town offers golf equipment, apparel, footwear, accessories, and custom fitting services as part of Sporting Life Group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver courteous, knowledgeable assistance to every customer
- Listen to and solve customer issues effectively
- Handle customer complaints according to company policies




- Ensure shafts and grips display appropriately
- Address department asset protection issues responsibly

Requirements:

- High school education and computer literacy preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook an asset
- Interest in golf equipment, apparel, accessories, and market trends
- Detail-oriented approach with strong customer service attention
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and adaptable customer communication
