With locations nationwide, we offer diverse opportunities for individuals seeking a rewarding career in transportation and logistics.Position SummaryThe Manager, Fleet Operations is responsible for overseeing day-to-day transportation and dispatch operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of all shipments. This role provides leadership, guidance, and operational oversight to dispatchers, drivers, and supporting staff, ensuring alignment with company objectives, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.The Manager plays a key role in managing real-time operational challenges such as equipment breakdowns, accidents, and staffing call-ins, while maintaining service continuity and supporting overall regional transportation performance.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership, supervision, and direction to the dispatch team, including planning and assigning daily workloadsCoordinate inbound and outbound freight flow while maintaining visibility of daily priorities and weekly transportation targetsRecruit, train, coach,
