Apply system-level testing and plastic-processing expertise as a Test Engineering Technologist with Husky Technologies in Bolton, Ontario. This is a full time prospect.

Within Husky Technologies’ Innovation and Sustainability Team, you will support development engineering for new products, technologies, and packaging applications. The position requires testing complex mechanical systems, analyzing data, troubleshooting processes, and collaborating with internal and external customers. You will help translate physical testing results into component and system designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute system-level and part-quality testing
- Establish process baselines, cycle limits, and process windows
- Support testing for BioResins, rPET, and multilayer packaging




- Contribute to process guidelines and pass/fail criteria
- Support customer startups, system acceptance, and product launches

Requirements:

- Preferred bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering
- Five-plus years testing and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems
- Five-plus years optimizing plastic processing and part quality
- Thinwall packaging process experience is required
- Strong electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and analytical knowledge
