As an Asset Protection Representative, you will help safeguard grocery and pharmacy operations. Your work includes preventing theft and fraud, lawfully detaining offenders, analyzing evidence, and collaborating with law enforcement. You will also support store leadership by identifying loss trends and implementing prevention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and policy violations
- Safely and lawfully detain offenders following procedures
- Conduct investigations and analyze gathered evidence
- Partner with leadership to reduce shrink




- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations

Requirements:

- Valid Provincial Security Guard License
- Understanding of Canadian criminal and trespass legislation
- Experience with CCTV and surveillance tools
- Microsoft Office experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Exceptional communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills
