Job SummaryAs an Account Manager, you will deliver exceptional service and strategic support to our policyholders and broker partners, fostering solid relationships, ensuring policy accuracy, and maintaining high standards of underwriting, compliance, and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and build positive relationships with brokers, customers, and colleaguesExplain policy terms and reporting requirementsMaintain and develop knowledge of customer’s trade sector to ensure credibility and satisfactionEnsure appropriate pricing and underwriting of renewal policies in accordance with policy underwriting guidelinesSeek management approval on policy terms or endorsement wordingAssist in obtaining documentation for ClaimsPrepare all required information for structuring and pricing dealsStructure new business and renewal quotes for clients in a multitude of industries / trade sectorsFoster relationships with risk underwriters and seek their support on risk underwritingTurnaround quotes to broker partners with expediencyOccasional travel as required to visit broker partners and policyholdersQualificationsAccount Management experience in the Finance or Insurance industryDetail oriented with solid overall analysis and problem solving skillsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to be flexible and handle multiple tasks within assigned deadlinesComfortable working in a multi-cultural & international environmentProficient with Microsoft Office software and company established software and applicationsAbility to work well with team members in an office hybrid working workplaceBilingual in French and English preferredBenefitsCompetitive salary of $90,000 annually with a 10% bonus potentialGenerous leave package including 3 weeks of vacation, personal time, standard holidays and floating holidaysFull suite of health and wellness benefitsRetirement savings matching programOffice Hybrid Work EnvironmentEqual OpportunitiesWe are committed to diversity and inclusive culture, ensuring all colleagues feel involved and valued.
