Welcome families at Nutrien Wonderhub in Saskatoon as a part-time Visitor Experience Associate focused on communication and customer service.

This permanent, part-time public-facing position supports visitors, partners, and volunteers at Saskatchewan’s only children’s museum. You will share exhibit and program information while keeping spaces welcoming, secure, and ready. Work spans admissions, the gift shop, exhibits, birthday parties, facility rentals, programs, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customer service at admissions and the front desk
- Share information about exhibits and museum programs
- Support gift shop, parties, rentals, and special events
- Keep exhibit spaces clean, safe, and visitor-ready




- Support programming and community initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Interest in children’s museums and hands-on learning
- Ability to stay active throughout full shifts
