Job OverviewLocation: Milton, Ontario, Canada. This is an onsite opportunity. Salary: Base compensation $70,000 to $100,000 plus commissions, DOE. We’re seeking a driven Sales Executive/Freight Broker with a proven record of sales backed by numbers. What We’re Looking ForA hunter mentality with a proven track record in freight brokerage or logistics sales. Ability to bring or build a book of business and produce from day one. Experience working with North American lanes, including cross‑border (cross‑border helpful). Knowledge of LTL, FTL, Reefer, dry van and all modes of shipment. Strong deal‑closing, relationship‑building and volume‑delivery skills. RequirementsMinimum 3+ years of experience as a Freight Broker or Sales Executive in logistics. Demonstrated sales history with verifiable numbers (e.G., monthly GP, loads moved, average margins, customer portfolio). Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills. Self‑motivated with a 'make it happen' attitude. ResponsibilitiesSource and secure new customers in the freight/logistics space.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service execution. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
