Plant sanitation depends on thorough cleaning, recycling, and hazard awareness across manufacturing facilities, offices, restrooms, and outdoor walkways.

This cleaner maintains the plant under the Shift Supervisor while following standard procedures, health requirements, and corporate policies. Responsibilities cover housekeeping, floor care, supply control, snow removal, and occasional painting or furniture moving. Familiarity with BRC Food Safety Policy, GMPs, HARA principles, and BRC standards is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service and sanitize plant, office, cafeteria, and quality areas
- Separate recyclable and non-recyclable materials into containers
- Control janitorial inventory and reorder supplies as needed
- Operate scrubbers,



buffers, and other floor-cleaning equipment
- Maintain 5S housekeeping and notify managers about concerns

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Two years of janitorial experience
- Read, write, and speak English
- Work independently, follow instructions, and manage time
- Coordinate safely with fellow workers

Use sanitation, housekeeping, and floor-care capabilities to support secure, orderly plant operations under established standards.
