The Parts Representative provides product, pricing, availability, and order information across telephone, email, online chat, and in-person channels. You will process accurate parts orders, monitor availability with Purchasing, and address customer concerns. The work also includes maintaining records, supporting Accounts Receivable collection, and occasional Shipping backup.
