Applications will open soon for day shift, which is generally 7:00 a.M. - 4:00 p.M. from Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime on Saturdays.Key Responsibilities:OperationsCoordinate receiving and storage of products in compliance with company standards.Labelling shipment loads, preparing Receiving area for scheduling deliveries.Assist with inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.Optimize space utilization and layout to improve efficiency.Monitor equipment usage and coordinate maintenance as needed.Overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floorSafety & ComplianceComply with health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environmentPartake regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulationsReport any safety accidents and incidents promptly and thoroughly to Inventory ManagerQualifications:Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent is considered an assetExperience working in a warehouse environment is an assetSkillsProficiency in English, both written and verbal, is requiredStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of warehouse safety and compliance regulationsAbility to lift and carry 60 lb objects, as neededAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentAvailable to work 8:30 am to 5:45 pm, Monday to Friday, perm FTESaturday shifts may be required if the needs of the business dictateWorking Conditions:Warehouse environment, may require the ability to lift 60 lbs regularly, walking and sitting, bending, twisting, lifting, pushing and pulling boxes and inventory items, work boots are mandatory. Use of Pallet Jacks are required to manoeuvre shipment goods and skids through the warehouse.
