and production teams to develop accurate pricing and project schedulesPrepare and submit professional customer quotations and follow up throughout the sales processCoordinate project kick-off meetings and ensure a smooth transition from sales to productionMaintain proposal documentation, customer records, and ERP system dataBuild strong customer relationships through regular communication, site visits, and technical discussionsIdentify opportunities to provide custom engineering solutions that improve customer operationsTravel domestically and internationally to customer sites, pre-bid meetings, trade shows, and project meetings as requiredWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEMinimum 3 years of experience in estimating, sales support, project coordination, or a similar technical roleExperience within manufacturing, mining, heavy industrial equipment, or custom fabrication environmentsAbility to interpret technical drawings, specifications, assemblies, and 3D modelsProficiency with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office; ERP experience isan assetStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and custom-engineered productsExcellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA proactive, self-driven approach with strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to continuously learnExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholdersValid driver's license and willingness to travel as requiredPost-secondary education in engineering, engineering technology, manufacturing, business, or a related technical field is considered an assetWe are an Equal Employment Chance employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
