Paladin Security is hiring a full-time Site Trainer for The Bow, emphasizing confident presentations and hands-on security instruction.

As Site Trainer, you will help employees meet The Bow’s operational and service expectations. Working with site managers, H&R; REIT client representatives, and Paladin’s Training Department, you will deliver orientations, operational instruction, emergency response preparation, and security procedures. You will also assess readiness through written and practical evaluations, identify deficiencies, and provide retraining or follow-up support. The schedule is primarily Monday to Friday during daytime office hours, with occasional flexibility required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site orientation covering policies, procedures, and expectations
- Deliver or become certified in required instructor programs
- Develop and update lesson plans, presentations, quizzes,



and scenarios
- Assist with emergency drills and practical safety exercises
- Identify development opportunities through post-incident reviews

Requirements:

- Physical capability to instruct MOAB, Use of Force, and First Aid
- Solid organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple training requirements and deadlines independently
- Willingness to work occasional evenings, nights, or weekends
- Prior training, teaching, coaching, leadership, or security experience welcomed
