This part time Import Representative position combines customer service with import documentation processing. You will verify information, request clearance instructions, seek broker designation, and track shipments requiring resolution. The role requires PC Windows operation and successful completion of testing and training, while FedEx Operations knowledge and basic Excel are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate international shipment information
- Assist customers with import-related questions
- Update and record shipment status
- Resolve issues involving import paperwork
- Track and trace problem shipments

Requirements:

- Canadian high school or GED equivalent
- Six months of FedEx experience preferred
- Ability to operate within PC Windows
- Ability to meet testing and training thresholds
- French and English bilingualism required in Quebec
