Advise customers on natural products as a Rocky Product Advisor, creating authentic store experiences through customer service and product knowledge. This seasonal position requires availability of at least 15 hours weekly.

Rocky’s Product Advisor, also called Sales Associate, guides customers toward natural products or a whole new lifestyle. You will demonstrate Rocky’s service standards, share natural product knowledge, and support an immersive shopping experience. The position is expected to run from November through January 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver customer service aligned with Rocky’s service standards
- Advise customers using natural product knowledge and experience
- Maintain presentation, tidiness, replenishment, and brand standards




- Address customer concerns and complaints with intent
- Drive revenue, ATV, conversion, and other performance metrics

Requirements:

- Proven success delivering customer service in retail
- Love of natural products and willingness to share passion
- Kind, team-oriented approach with customers and colleagues
- Versatile availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
