Make an impact as an Inventory Support Coordinator with La Vie en Rose, focusing on procurement operations in a part time capacity. The role involves logistical support and inventory management.
As you report to the Team Lead in Procurement, you will manage follow-ups related to inventory and orders. An analytical approach will help you in monitoring discrepancies, while your collaboration with stores and internal teams promotes streamlined operations. You will also support logistics activities and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and update secondary inventories from departments
• Analyze and monitor orders and inventory needs
• Assist in logistical activities and store preparations




• Communicate with stores to fulfill requests
• Ensure documentation and tracking tools are current
Requirements:
• Bilingual in both French and English, spoken and written
• Experience in administrative support or logistics preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel
• Must be able to perform some physical tasks
• Availability for 22 to 24 hours weekly, primarily Tuesday to Thursday
