You will operate buildings and parking lots, complete minor repairs, maintain vacant units and utility rooms, and address tenant concerns professionally. The position supports fire, security, parking, seasonal, and property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate buildings and parking lots during assigned shifts

Requirements:

- Three years building and general maintenance experience
- Three years grass cutting and snow removal experience
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds
- Secondary school, English, driving licence, and police clearance
