Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Component Repair Bench Fitter for a large Energy client. This individual will perform minor repairs and restoration of gas turbine components and modules, including polishing, paint touch-ups, thread insert replacement, broken or seized bolt removal, stud replacement, and other component repairs. The role involves repetitive, precision-based repair work on critical components and will work closely with machinists and the engineering team to support repair and overhaul operations and develop new repair instructions. This role is 5 days onsite. Evening shift is preferred, 2pm-10pm.Skills and RequirementsTrade school diploma in Machining or Mechanical Assembly OR hands-on machining experience1+ year of hands-on mechanical, machining, component repair, or mechanical assembly experienceExperience using hand tools to perform mechanical repair, assembly, machining,
