Acts in the capacity as a Company salesperson, selling floor coverings, window coverings and all related products and servicesDutiesClose sales and ensure profitability for the store and adhere to store budgetsMaintain company margins, gross margin dollars and targetsComply with proper Accounts Receivable proceduresMaintain Store Presentation and overall Store Cleanliness (displays, rug piles, samples, etc.) in accordance with Company expectationsSet floor schedules in conjunction with management to ensure adequate floor coverage during all store hoursManage installation and installers to maximize customer service and deliveries,
