The candidate’s role will be to assimilate all processes to add workforce redundancy and capacity to the team. The candidate will be assigned the following tasks:Assisting with the fund accounting for all the funds on Majestic’s fund platformExecute detailed tasks (invoicing, verifying prices, downloading statements, updating excel spreadsheets, etc.)Assisting with all fund audits, regulatory reporting, expenses, taxes,



and financial statementsLiaising with Canada Revenue Agency and Revenue Quebec for fund tax reportingQualificationsUndergraduate degree in accounting, finance or related fields (CPA is a plus)Comfortable within a small team environmentStrong communication skills (English and French, written and spoken)Solid capacity to execute processes accuratelyStrong problem-solving skillsHigh level of proficiency with Excel (VBA is a plus)Basic knowledge and understanding of capital markets, trading and investment operationsExcellent time management skills and the ability to multi-taskIdeally some experience in the financial industry (roles related to fund administration is a plus)CompensationStarting annual salary range is 65-85K depending on experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
