Build sheet metal components for Silent-Aire’s data center solutions in Nisku, applying machinery operation and blueprint-reading skills. Various shifts are available.

This Machine Operator I position supports fabrication and assembly within Silent-Aire Limited Partnership, a Johnson Controls subsidiary. You will produce required parts from schematics, operate sheet metal machinery, and assemble components into finished products. Training may be requested for equipment, projects, and recent duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce sheet metal parts according to schematics
- Use brakes, shears, saws, punches, and other machinery
- Program machining equipment for required parts
- Request training for unfamiliar equipment and projects
- Organize and clean the department daily

Requirements:

- High school completion or equivalent education
- Knowledge of safe manufacturing practices and processes
- Ability to read blueprints and communicate in English
- Willingness to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work overtime as required
