Lead daily warehouse operations at Staples Canada in Calgary, directing employees while meeting productivity and quality goals. Full time weekday work begins at 5am.

As Warehouse Lead Hand, you will coordinate warehouse activities and support effective task completion throughout each shift. The position requires warehouse experience, equipment operation, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. You will also help maintain positive working relationships while representing Staples professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct warehouse tasks to increase productivity and meet workload targets
- Resolve production and personnel issues during assigned shifts
- Report necessary problems to the Warehouse Supervisor




- Enforce health and safety guidelines throughout operations
- Maintain housekeeping standards and warehouse equipment

Requirements:

- Previous warehouse experience, including operating warehouse equipment
- Working knowledge of warehouse operations
- Product knowledge considered an asset
- Effective organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, lower, or carry products up to 50 pounds
