With more than 45 years of experience, RWC is hiring a Framer to help deliver quality builds. You will prepare layouts, install wallboard, and shape steel materials according to drawings. Success requires collaboration between departments, careful attention to detail, and the ability to follow direction from Lead Hands and Foremen.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read drawings and sketches to establish installation requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join steel materials
- Prepare accurate layouts from internal construction drawings
- Install wallboard and operate construction power tools




- Follow direction while maintaining quality and production efficiency

Requirements:

- Minimum two to three years in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Experience operating and working around construction equipment
- Ability to work at heights safely
