participating in the procurement and selection process and providing ongoing quality assurance and knowledge sharing throughout projectsDefine and maintain long term project metrics (e.G., customer service levels, quality, efficiency, etc.) to measure design successSupport the planning process for design implementation, alongside the Change Management team and HR Business PartnersLeverage research, data, and analysis to tell a story and gain buy-in when making organizational design recommendationsSupport learning and communications about organizational design in the businessWhat you must have:Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline (i.E., Human Resources, Business, etc.)Organizational design certification is an assetSolid relevant experience in previous roles involving operating model and organizational design (either internal to HR or within a consulting context)Experience with large scale transformations and/or change managementExperience working within the insurance industry is an assetSalary/Rate Range: $99,939.00 - $124,924.00#J-18808-Ljbffr
