The position serves residents’ physical and personal care needs while following the organization’s vision, mission, procedures, and protocols. You will monitor changes, communicate with families and visitors courteously, and contribute to a respectful home environment. The role also requires accurate documentation and cooperation with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow care plans while assisting residents with daily living
- Monitor residents and report well-being changes promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures throughout the home

Requirements:

- Empathy and demonstrated understanding of seniors’ needs
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications preferred, not mandatory
