This Asphalt Plant Operator role supports production schedules by monitoring aggregates, liquid asphalt, additives, and equipment performance. You will adjust operations to maintain efficiency and product quality while assisting with sampling and testing. Strong communication supports coordination with dispatch, quality control personnel, truck drivers, construction crews, supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
