Operate the Main Cage at Hudbay Minerals’ Lalor Mine in Snow Lake, Manitoba, transporting personnel, equipment, and supplies underground.

Hudbay Minerals seeks Cagetenders for its high-grade, producing underground Lalor Mine. The operation primarily produces zinc, gold, copper, and silver, with ore processed at nearby Stall and Current Britannia Mills. This work supports shaft transportation, underground storage, and station housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load and unload personnel from surface to underground
- Move equipment and supplies using the Main Cage
- Transport materials between surface yards and underground storage
- Maintain housekeeping in shaft stations
- Maintain housekeeping in the collar house

Requirements:

- Previous underground experience or one year industrial experience
- Complete internal Cagetender Training
- Work 11.5-hour shifts on a seven-on, seven-off schedule
- Report to Lalor Mine near Snow Lake
