Under the CNC Programmer Team Lead, you will assist with programming, tooling selection, verification, and production support. The position suits graduates of machining or CNC programming programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Modify CNC programs for milling and turning equipment
- Review drawings, CAD models, dimensions, and tolerances
- Verify programs using CAM simulation procedures
- Prepare setup sheets, tooling lists, and work instructions
- Support setups, prove-outs, inspections,



and troubleshooting

Requirements:

- Post-secondary machining and CNC programming certificate or diploma
- Foundational CNC milling, turning, tooling, feeds, and speeds knowledge
- Practical CAD/CAM exposure; GibbsCAM familiarity is an asset
- Basic G-code, M-code, drawing, and GD&T; understanding
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
