Skyline seeks a Community Manager to support residential properties through administrative work and exceptional tenant service. You will advertise units, process applications, coordinate maintenance, and maintain accurate resident records. The position also includes rent collection, fire safety documentation, inspections, and tenant engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advertise and show available units to prospective tenants
• Process applications, verify references, and close rental agreements
• Address tenant concerns within 24 hours
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, emergencies, and accessibility requests

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in business administration, hospitality, or sales
