The Cook prepares food according to corporate standards, guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures. Success requires proven restaurant or prep cooking experience, food safety certification, and a recognized cooking school certificate. Accuracy, speed, communication, and physical ability are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, pre-cook, and cook directed food products
- Complete mise en place for high-volume production
- Clean kitchen equipment under health and safety procedures
- Label, date, store, and rotate food products
- Report maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents promptly

Requirements:

- Proven restaurant cook or prep cook experience
- Required Food Safety Certification
- Certificate from a recognized cooking school
- Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy, speed, communication, and physical ability
