The Inclusion Counsellor supports campers and volunteers with developmental or behavioural needs during overnight camp programs. You will plan inclusive activities, adapt participation, communicate with families, and build relationships with staff, volunteers, and community partners. The position also supports belonging, personal growth, and positive participation across cabin programs and placement areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan inclusive programming for children with developmental or behavioural needs
- Tailor activities to individual camper needs and interests
- Adapt programs to support safety and participation
- Communicate with families about progress,



achievements, and challenges
- Supervise campers and volunteers during camp activities

Requirements:

- Minimum one year supporting children or youth with disabilities
- Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- First Aid and CPR certification meeting required standards
- National Lifeguard Service certification by employment start
- Availability for flexible schedule, including overnights and weekends
