As Health & Wealth Coordinator, you provide first-line support across the People & Culture ecosystem. You will resolve ServiceNow inquiries, collaborate with internal partners and vendors, maintain core data, and surface insights for optimization. and Leaves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on complex ServiceNow tickets and case resolutions
• Connect with Advantages Centre of Excellence and vendors
• Identify and share process optimization opportunities
• Administer Long Term Disability employer statements
• Prepare and audit files for Payroll payments

Requirements:

• Two or more years administering Canadian benefits
• United States benefits administration experience is an asset
• Intermediate problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ethical handling of confidential issues with discretion
