Schedule: Days, Evenings,Weekends with preference for Wednesday to Sunday Coverage

ESSENTIALDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring all service standards are followed and exceeded.

Day to day responsibility for delivering the highest level ofservice possible in a timely manner in the Restaurant and Patio (seasonal)areas, to ensure complete member satisfaction.

Day to day responsibility for maintaining and ensuring cleanlinessof the restaurant, patios, and bar lounge areas, and assisting F&B; team withdelivery of kitchen orders and/ or accommodating special events.

Following all opening and closing procedures

Performing other relevant duties as assigned by the Food andBeverage management team

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :





Accountability: Can be counted on to meet jobperformance expectations; completes works assignments thoroughly, accurately,on time and with good quality.

Customer orientation: Capacity to identify and respondappropriately to the needs of either internal or external customers;understands the importance of good customer relations.

Initiative: Self-starter who willingly works without being askedor waits for instructions, offers suggestions for improvements.

Interpersonal skills: Ability to work harmoniously with others;skilled at perceiving and reacting empathetically to the needs of others.

Team orientation: Demonstrates supportive and helpfulbehaviours towards fellow team members.

- Minimum 1-2 years’ Food and Beverage experience
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work well underpressure
- Wine and Beer knowledge
- Well groomed, co-operative, reliable, and team driven
- Flexible- Able to work shifts – days, evenings, weekends, andholidays
- Serving it right certificate
