Support camper health at YMCA Camp Pine Crest in Torrance, Ontario through first aid, medication administration, and wellness check-ins. Work seasonally six days weekly.

Wellness Staff help maintain safe, healthy camp experiences for children and youth. You will respond to health concerns, support medical care, and maintain supplies with the Wellness Coordinator. The role includes communication with camp leaders, health care providers, hospital personnel, and parents. It also supports out-tripping preparation and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular wellness check-ins with campers and counsellors
- Respond to first aid situations with care
- Administer medications according to camper health forms
- Maintain clean, organized,



protected areas and medical supplies
- Complete out-tripping checks and first aid kit inventories

Requirements:

- First Aid and CPR certification meeting Ontario requirements
- Previous experience working with children
- Flexibility for days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and YMCA values
