About the RoleBurly Boyz Moving is hiring reliable, hard-working Swampers / Helpers to join our moving crews. You’ll work alongside our drivers and crew members to load, carry, and unload customers’ belongings, making sure everything arrives safely and on schedule.This is a hands-on, physically active role. You’ll work as part of a team, take direction from the Lead Mover, and take pride in handling every customer’s belongings with care. If you’re energetic, dependable, and enjoy staying active, we want to hear from you.What You’ll DoMovingLoad, unload, and carry customers’ belongingsDisassemble and reassemble furniture using hand toolsPlace and set up furniture to the customer’s specificationsWrap and protect furniture, floors, railings, and doorwaysStack and secure items in the truck so every load travels safelyTeamwork and SafetyFollow direction from the Lead Mover and work cooperatively with the crewUse secure lifting techniques and maintain a professional standard of workKeep equipment, materials, and trucks organized and in good orderCustomer ServiceTreat customers and their belongings with care and respectHelp complete furniture inventories at pick-up and deliveryReport any concerns or issues to the Lead Mover promptlyTrainingAll new team members complete paid onboarding covering our moving procedures and customer service standards.
