As a Process Engineer focused on projects, you will validate new structures and assemblies before mass production. You will create reports, resolve defects, prepare process documents, and support production environment setup. The role also covers test fixture feasibility, design changes, and current materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Validate new product structures and assemblies
- Create reports for each product validation
- Monitor pilot runs with production teams
- Manage new test fixture design projects
- Lead design changes and material introductions

Requirements:

- Two to three years of NPI and project experience
- Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering education
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand models, assemblies, and drawings
- SolidWorks or Fusion 360 experience is an asset
